Our big news this month is that we are planning to do a local move here in Atlanta.

We have been maintaining a strict list of requirements for the "perfect house".

Well, we looked around and actually found a house that met every one of our requirements.

Anyway, this month's pictures are dedicated to the new house...






Requirement #1, The house must be on a cul-de-sac. We were really tired of living on a busy street. There are only three houses on our new block!




	Requirement #2, Large wooded lot. We have a National Preserve behind our lot. This picture is taken from our backyard deck.

We hiked from our yard, down the little stream, through the National Preserve, to the chattahoochee river. This weekend we were at the house and spotted a Red Fox running through the woods!




		Denise and I will have our own escape area, as we retreat to sit by the fire in the Master bedroom. Yes, we are going to have carpeting. It is just not installed yet!

						I know that this picture is kind of dark, but check out the view from our Family room!

		Instead of having to go through a door to get to the basement, this house has an open staircase that makes the basement much more part of the house.



						The children are also excited about the new pool. Check out the water slide!
